Responsibilities：

(1) Leadership of staff charged with administrative affairs

(2) Proposal of General Education programs

(3) Formulation of long-term policy for the development of the center

(4) Convening of periodic meetings regarding curricula and center regulations

(5) Supervision of student credit exemptions and credit confirmation for graduation

(6) Direction of workshops for academic development (e.g. speeches, conferences, projects, cross-campus associated instruction)

(7) Development of budget plans and implementation of budget expenditures

(8) Maintenance and evaluation of publication records and other documents from faculty members of the center
